From a 1986 company to two packaging plants.

Incorporated as Sunny Steels Private Limited.
- 2021
Renamed Udaan Paper Industries. Corrugated box production starts at Pithampur in FY 2021–22.
- 2024
Second plant opens at Kanpur, for customers in North India.
- 2025
Converted into a public limited company in January.
Who runs it
The current promoters, Sapan Bakliwal, Yash Bakliwal and Shubhangi Jain, acquired the business during FY 2020–22. They renamed it Udaan Paper Industries and started corrugated box production at Pithampur, followed by a second plant at Kanpur in 2024.
