Udaan Paper Industries Limited is a professionally managed, growth-oriented corrugated-packaging manufacturer operating through two fully automatic manufacturing plants located at Pithampur (Madhya Pradesh) and Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh). The company specializes in producing corrugated boxes, printed boxes, corrugated sheets, and rolls, serving leading FMCG, food, beverage, textile, and industrial brands across India.
Originally incorporated in 1986 as Sunny Steels Private Limited, the company underwent a strategic transformation when the current promoters—Mr. Sapan Bakliwal, Mr. Yash Bakliwal, and Mrs. Shubhangi Jain—acquired the business during FY 2020–22. The company was renamed Udaan Paper Industries Private Limited in 2021 and later converted into a public limited company in January 2025.
Udaan began manufacturing corrugated boxes at its Pithampur facility in FY 2021–22 and expanded by setting up its second plant in Kanpur in 2024, strengthening its North-India supply capabilities.
